Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest
Join the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation for our marquee event of the year, the 7th Annual Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest! Proceeds from the fest support the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation and Elmhurst History Museum. Mark your calendar for tickets to go on sale July 1st! Picnic on Park
It’s time for a summer celebration of Chicago’s most famous foods! Join us on the museum grounds for an afternoon filled with family-friendly, food-centric games and craft activities. Explore the Eat Your Heart Out: Iconic Chicagoland Foods exhibit inside the museum. The Rainbow Cone truck will be on hand with free small cones for first 300 guests (one/person, ice cream for sale after giveaway). Enjoy live music performed by Leonardo Music, face painters, and see Oscar Meyer’s famed Weinermobile and a 1929 Vienna Beef delivery truck.
Elmhurst Garden Walk & Faire
The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation will have a table with information at one of the houses featured in this year’s Elmhurst Garden Walk & Faire, which benefits the scholarship fund of the Elmhurst Garden Club.

Vintage Baseball Game at Elmhurst University
The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation will have a table and information setup at the Annual “Town v. Gown” vintage baseball game.
Kick-off the summer season with an old-fashioned baseball game played by the wildly different rules of 1858. This year’s “Town vs. Gown” game pits University faculty, staff and alumni against the City of Elmhurst. Bring a picnic and lawn chair and get ready to cheer, jeer, and enjoy an afternoon of old-school family fun. Huzzah!

Memorial Day Parade
Come see the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation march in the 104th Annual Elmhurst Memorial Day Parade.
The Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry, in cooperation with the Elmhurst American Legion THB Post 187, City of Elmhurst and Elmhurst Park District, is pleased to organize the 104th Annual Elmhurst Memorial Day Parade and Post-Parade Military Ceremony.
The Memorial Day Parade will step off at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 30, 2022, from the Elmhurst City Centre at Third and York, and will proceed to the Elmhurst Veterans Memorial in Wilder Park. Following the parade will be a Post-Parade Military Ceremony at Wilder Park.

Town v. Gown Vintage Baseball Game
Join us for an old-fashioned baseball game played by the wildly different rules of 1858.
In honor of Elmhurst University’s 150th anniversary, this year’s game will pit representatives of the University against the City of Elmhurst, with a roster of local celebrities playing for your favor. Bring a picnic basket and lawn chair and get ready to cheer, jeer and enjoy an exciting afternoon of vintage baseball that will be fun for all ages. Huzzah!

2021 Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest
The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation (EHF) has announced the 6th Annual Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest will take place September 18, 2021, 1 pm to 6 pm, on the grounds of the Elmhurst History Museum.
This annual event is held to raise funds for the Elmhurst History Museum, including its family-friendly educational programs and museum exhibits. Funds are also used for school field trips to the museum and the Churchville One-Room Schoolhouse.
Event policies are subject to change as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
